Story of 4 months.

In starting (Before March 2015) I was purely opposite from those gymaholic people out there.
I was one of the laziest, lie on bed, eat boxes of chocolates, cakes..
(Mid march 2015) And by someone’s encouragement I started exercising slowly, No results and then I became irregular.. then gradually I stop.
My story is a little lengthy so I’ll abridged it and come on a point.
(March 2015 end) Due to some diverse tragedy I started hating myself.. And then all of a sudden one day I woke up from my bed and looked towards my inspiration lady’s picture.. oh she’s amazing.. Fitness model “Anallela sagra”..
And then I challenge to myself that this is what I need to become though difficult, but not impossible.. Nothing can stop you, if you decide to do it 😉
It start with a plan.. Diet plan that was provided by my instructor.
Soya milk, protienx, sprouts, fruits, include salads ,yogurt.. Cutting oil and most important-outside material 😦
Best product – “k special Kelloggs.. It actually proves to be true..
And then slowly slowly cardio, core workout, squats, planks.. Further with my knees on ground, I did pushups 7/ 2repeat.. Then my knees where straight.. I can actually lift my body up through straight pushups.. 10/3 sets.. Then 15/3 sets.. And now its 5 sets of 20-25rep. Crunches were the last.
After all my efforts I started getting results and so I became regular to the gym..
My small secret – 4 months with daily workout.. I used to dance in my freetime.. 😀 and now I’m happy that my tummy reduced.. its a starting and I’m getting great results.. many years will let me somewhere to anllela_sagra..

Good results never come by luck.. you need to pay for it ! 🙂
